White Chocolate and Red Wine

White
covering Chocolate : 200gm (Chopped in small pieces)
Double Cream 175 ml
Red Wine 60 ml
Caster Sugar 10gm
Unsalted Butter 10gm

1)
Boil cream in heavy bottom sauce pan and remove from heat. |

2)
Add the white chocolate and cover with a lid and set a side for 5 min. |
|
3)
Stir with a whisk till it attains a smooth consistency. |
|
4)
Add the butter and mix well |
| In a pan, reduce red wine
with sugar to one-fourth over medium wheat. Pour on top of the white
chocolate mixture and serve. |
