Dark Chocolate and Amaretto
Cooking Time : 20 minutes Servers : Six
Ingredients :
Dark Chocolate : 250gm (Chopped in small pieces) Double Cream 175 ml Amaretto 30 gm Caster Sugar 50gm Unsalted Butter 10gm
Method :
1) Boil cream in heavy bottom sauce pan and take off from heat.
2) Add dark chocolate and cover with lid.
3) Stir with a whisk till it attains a smooth consistency.
4) Add amaretto and butter and mix well.
