METHOD:
Wash
and Dry Ladies finger. Slit lengthwise in center without cuting through to
either side. Press at other end so it opens up.
Mix re chilli powder, jeera powder, amchur and all in a bowl and fill
bhindis with mixture, keep aside.
Heat oil in a shallow pan for shallow frying. Add jeera and sesame seeds.
When light brown, add bhindis one by one. Cover with lid. Cook on low
flame. Turn bhindies occasionally but care fully so that misture does not
spill out.
Crips them in kadai and serve Hot.
Its special indian recipe, so server with arhar ki dal and rice to taste
good.
Server hot with dal and rice.
