Roasted Tomato Soup

Tomatoes
200gm
Vegetable stock 20 ml
Garlic 10 gm
Sprigs thyme 4
Bay leaf 1
Olive oil 25ml
Cheese straw 2

| Method : |
|
1)
Cut cleaned tomatoes in quarter. |
|
2)
Put them in roasting pan with thyme, peppercorn, by leaves, olive oil and
garlic cloves. |
|
3)
Roast the tomatoes in oven, mixing them in between. Collect the liquid
from roasting pan in a separate container. |
|
4)
When roasted, put then on blender, strain and check for seasoning. |
5)
Add olive oil.

6)
Pour the soup in soup bowl and garnish with a cheese straw.
