Milk Chocolate and Raisins

Cooking Milk Chocolate : 200gm (Chopped in small pieces)
Double Cream 175 ml
Raisins (Chopped finely)  50gm
Unsalted Butter 10gm

1) Boil cream in heavy bottom sauce pan and remove from heat.

2) Add the milk chocolate and cover with a lid for 5 min.

3) Stir with a whisk till it attains a smooth consistency.

4) Add the raisins and butter and mix well
