INGREDIENT: Serve 10 
Preparation time : 2 Hours

200g flour
4 tsp Ghee (edible oil refined oil)
a pinch of salt
edible oil or refined oil for frying, as required
For syrup
200gm Sugar
For the roll
50gm flour, approx
4 tsp Ghee

METHOD:
1) Make a syrup with sugar and 3 cups of water. Boil till it get 3 string consistency.
2) Make fairly stiff dough with flour, ghee. salt and water as required.
3) Divide it into 3-4 portion.
4) Make big roti with each portion. Spread some ghee over it and the sprinkle some flour and roll it up.
5) Now cut the roll in about 1-inch slices and roll it up with the rolling pin to make the shape of goja.
6) Deep fry few of it in a low flame untill they become golden brown.
7) Dip the in syrup for a minute and take out.

Server Hot.
