Some time its is been seen that child is mostly abused by his or  her relative like uncle, cousin and sometime it is been abused by naighouber or may be in school. But what comes to know that child is abuse- what's all its mean?

The term “child abuse” refers to the violence, mistreatment or neglect that a child or adolescent may experience while in the care of someone they either trust or depend on, such as a parent, sibling, other relative, caregiver or guardian.

There are different forms of abuse like physical abuse, sexual abuse and harassment,  neglect, emotional abuse.For those consuming underage pornography, internet is ideal medium. As they can hide their identity and can go up to any distance to purchase or sell material.
But if you find any one how is abusing child or you got a martial on web and you want to report to the police, then where and how?
Is their any law in India to prevent all these thing?
Many of the adult porn surfer on internet found some link about child pornography and the want to repot them, but they don't want police to ask him form where he got this? 
The best way to prevent all this thing is to groom your child. Teach him what is bad or and what is bad if any body touch your private part on any condition.
Don't deny your kids net access but secure your net from pornography. Teach you kid to never give out personal details or share picture online. Never meet to the person online unless they are with an adult they trust.
Teach them to tell you everything they feel uncomfortable on being online or with any person surrounding. There is possibility that some one in surrounding abusing him or her. Watch your kids behavior closely , it will tell you all the thing.

But is there any law to prevent child abuse?Currently the law makes no distinction between the child and adult pornography. Penalties for the both the crime are the same, for the first offence is up to two years of prison and a fine of Rs 2000.However, receiving or sharing pornography over net have stiffer penality up to five years in prison and Rs 1 lakh for the first offence.
