It is excellent for curing cough and purifying blood. Regular intake of bitter gourd helps in disorders like boils, scables, itching, psoriasis, ringworm and fungal disorder.

How to make bitter gourd juice:

take 4-5 green fresh bitter gourd
remove its tentacle and cut into pieces.put them in mixture grinder and grind it.take out in cotton cloth and sieve it.
Drink about 1 cup in morning , empty stomach.and in evening before taking dinner.
