Bitter Chocolate and Hazelnut

Bitter
Chocolate : 200gm (Chopped in small pieces)
Double Cream 175 ml
Hazelnut (roasted and choped) 50 gm
Unsalted Butter 10gm

| Method : |
|
1)
Boil cream in heavy bottom sauce pan and remove from heat. |
|
2)
Add the bitter chocolate and cover with a lid and set a side for 5 min. |
|
3)
Stir with a whisk till it attains a smooth consistency. |
|
4)
Add the butter, hazelnut and mix well |
|
