INGREDIENT: Serve 7-8
Preparation time : 1 Hours approx
1 cup Semolina
1 cup Maida (Refined flour)
1/2(Half) Cup Sugar
1/2(Half) Cup Milk
For Filling
1 Cup Coconut grated
1 Cup Milk
50ml thickened Milk
3tbs Sugar
Half tbs Cardamom powder

METHOD:
For Filling :
a) Mix all the ingredient.
b) Heat kadai or fry pan and pour all the ingredient. Cook till it thickens.
Cool it and keep aside.
To prepare sweet :
1) Soak semolina and maida in small quantity of water for half an hour.
2) Mix ilk and sugar to it and make a batter of medium consistency, add
water if required.
3) Heat non-stick pan, poue a ladle full of batter and spread out evenly to
form a thin panckae.
4) Now take small potion of the filling, place on corner of this cake and
roll it up.
Cool and serve with thickened milk spread over it.
