INGREDIENT: Serve 7-8
Preparation time : 1 Hours approx
300gm Chenna
100gm Khoya
2-3 tbsp Maida
2 tsp Ghee
Refind oil for frying

METHOD:
1) Prepare syrup by boling 1 liter fo water
mix with 800gm Sugar.
2) Mix and rub maida and ghee together.
3) Mash the chenna well and kneed thourought adding the above maidaand khoya
till it become very smooth. A tea spoon fo sugar can be added on kneeding
4) Now make small balls from it inserting a mishri and few seeds of cardamom
in middle.
5) Heat oil in the kadai and deep fry the balls carefully on slow heat.
Drop them in prepared syrup and allow to soak.
Cool and serve.
