Time: 30 minutes 
INGREDIENT:
1kg Potaoes 
2 tsp yellow food colour 
500g Sugar 
250g Coconut 
50g Cashenut 
2tsp Elaichi powder
a few drops of rose essence 
a few yrands of kesar 
100g pure ghee

METHOD:
Wash and peel the potatoes grate them in water boil about four cups Of water and add the yellow food colours strain the grated potatoes And add them to the bolling water boil for a few minutes and then drain Off all the excess water.in a thick bottomed pan , place one layer of the
Potatoes;top it with sugar and coconut and dry fruit sandwich it with Another layer of potatoes with sugar coconut and dry fruits and complete It with a potato layer .sprinkle the ground elaichi , rose essence and Saffron , heat the ghee and pour it gradually over the mixture .cover 
And cook on dum (or over low heat or oven ) till all water has dried up.
