SHEER KHURMA

Safarjan ka halwa

Time : 45 mimnutes
INGREDIENT:
4big apples
1 cup sugar
a few cinnamon
½ cup butter
½ cup of jaggery
2 cup of dried toast crumbs
1 ½ cup milk
a few chrries and almond for the garnish
Cream to serve with

METHOD:
Core and peel the apples . cut them into small pieces and boil them in a cup of water. Add sugar and cinnamon. Cook till soft make into a puree and set aside. On low heat ,melt the butter in a pan . add the jaggery and cook till it melt add the crumbs and mix well. Remove from heat and set aside .in a pan mix in with the puree and the crum mixture and cook on low heat till the mixture and dries up resembles a halwa.It should not be too dry.Remove from heat and serve garnished with cherries and almonds serve the cream separately.
