1 CUP CHANA DAL 
2 1/2 CUP JAGGERY
1CUP WHEAT FLOUR 
1/4 CUPWATER 
2CUPS OIL FOR FRYING

METHOD:
BOIL THE CHANA DAL. POWDER THE JAGGERY AND MIX IT INTO THE BOILED AND COOKED CHANA DAL AND COOK FOR AFEW MORE MINUTES . MAKE INTO MEDIUM-SIZED {GOLF} BALLS AND SET ASIDE. MIX THE WHEAT FLOUR WITH WATER AND ROLL OUT THE CHAPATTIS. PUT ONE BALL OF THE CHANA DAL MIX BETWEEN TWO CHAPATIS AND FLATTEN OUT. THEN ROLL INTO A MEDIUM SIZED DISC, SLIGHTLY LARGER THAN POORIS .HEAT THE OIL IN A FRYING PAN AND FRY LIGTHLY. SERVE WHEN COOL..
